Uprising from 3DO/Cyclone Studios successfully blends two play types
(3D-1st person shooter and top view multi-unit strategy) which have traditionally had great success with gamers.
In Uprising you are the commander of rebel forces against the Imperials.
You can control the action from within a Wraith (Super Tank) which serves as your mobile command unit.
Using the Wraith you can travel with your forces attacking enemy citadels (bases).
